منذ أشهر صنّف تقرير دولي أنجزته صحيفة ''الإيكونوميست أنتلجنس'' البريطانية، الجزائر العاصمة في المراتب الخمس الأخيرة بين أسوأ مدن العالم، من حيث ظروف العيش، وليست هي المرة الأولى التي تصنف الجزائر العاصمة في مؤخرة مدن العالم من حيث ظروف الحياة ومستوى المعيشة
ويكفي القيام باستطلاع سريع لبعض أحياء العاصمة، ليتأكد المرء من مدى صدقية هذا التقرير، فالخدمات فيها أصبحت على قدر كبير من الرداءة، لاسيما فيما يتعلق بالنظافة والبيئة
ومنذ أيام فقط قررت السلطات المحلية بالجزائر العاصمة غلق مفرغة أولاد فايت بعد أن بلغت مرحلة متقدمة من التشبع، دون أن تجد بديلا لها
حملة ''تنظيف وتزيين المدن وإزالة الأوساخ''، وهي المهمة التي تكفل بها وزير الداخلية ولد قابلية
وأمام هذه المستجدات ـ قرار غلق المفرغة بعاصمة البلاد ـ فإن برنامج الحكومة سيتأثر وسيدفع بالوزير ولد قابلية إلى الإقرار بأن عملية إزالة النفايات المنزلية هي ''سحرية''، عكس ما صرح به منذ أسابيع بقصر الأمم، لأنه اليوم أمام معضلة حقيقية تتمثل في البحث عن مكان بسيط في بلد شاسع
وأمام هذه المستجدات أيضا ألا يحق لنا أن نتساءل ''كيف لسلطات عاجزة عن إيجاد مساحة لرمي الأوساخ أن ننتظر منها إقلاعا حضاريا يخرجنا من التخلف ومظاهر البؤس والقذارة

There is nothing better than what the Caliphate Umar Bin Khattab (Umar Ibn Al-Khattab) advised the Muslims after he learned that the Quraysh were saying poems criticizing the Prophet, peace be upon him, saying "Kill the false/absurd by not responding to it," or as some Salifis say, "Kill the false/absurd by letting it be"
